Pioneered the foundation of Elite Builders

Late Mr. Mohan Lala, a civil engineer with significant experience working with the Brihan Mumbai Mahanagar Palika (BMC) and on several significant Government contracts, founded Elite Builders in 1968. Late Mr. Mohan Lala's engineering experience, extensive knowledge, and technological acumen have been vital to the company's growth over the past 55 years.

Steered expansion by concentrating on high-end housing

Mr. Haresh Lala, his son, has directed, developed, and expanded the company over the last 25 years, covering every facet of the business from finance and marketing to technology.

Today, as we fast forward to the present Mr. Amit Lala, son of Mr. Haresh Lala, has been elevated to the next rung of the family company ladder and given the responsibility of continuing the Elite legacy.
